It was a misunderstanding straight from the “Three’s Company” playbook.
Randi Zuckerberg, sister of Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, became upset when a photo from her personal Facebook account was posted on Twitter.
In the picture, Randi Zuckerberg and other family members, including her famous brother, can be seen reacting to Facebook’s new “Poke” application.
“@randizuckerberg demonstrates her family’s response to Poke,” Callie Schweitzer of Vox Media tweeted with the photo.
The post incited an angry response by Randi Zuckerberg, and a clear-the-air Twitter exchange between her and Schweitzer followed. Some of the tweets were removed, but BuzzFeed.com printed the exchange between Zuckerberg and Schweitzer as well as the photo in question.
“@cschweitz not sure where you got this photo,” tweeted Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media. “I posted it to friends only on FB. You reposting it to Twitter is way uncool.”
